Civitas welcomes Brady Hartness to the Front Ensemble. He is native of Fort Mill, SC who began his world class marching career as the timpanist for the 2009 Madison Scouts. He ended his marching career as a five year veteran of Palmetto Percussion in 2014 as the center marimba, and ensemble leader. Currently Brady works as the head front ensemble instructor/front arranger for the Fort Mill High School Marching Band and full ensemble arranger and program coordinator for the Indoor Percussion Ensemble. He is also a front ensemble staff member for the Colts Drum and Bugle Corp and serves as a consultant for several bands in the SC, NC, GA area. Brady is currently pursuing his degree in music composition at Winthrop University in Rock Hill.
